Our Personal Story
Justin is passionate about business because it provides people with the opportunity to be creative and passionate about what they were created to do, not just work for someone else with restraints. He has also seen first hand in his own family how likely it is for business owners in multipartnerships to exit before retirement due to death, disablement or major illness. He champions his clients’ best interests even when it is more time consuming and easier to take the easier solution.
One of Justin’s major passions is to help business owners grow towards real prosperity and is one who practises what he preaches. Justin has a strong conviction that everyone can move towards real prosperity which he defines as “peace, wholeness and well-being in every area of life.” A huge part of this passion is learning how to a great Father and Husband by spending quality time with his wife Katie and their three children who he has shared parenting for the last 8 years.
Other parts of his real prosperity plan including riding his mountain bike around Jolly Nose, catching mudcrabs and making a comeback into 2nd grade cricket. As well as enjoying good food and wine, after all he is half Italian! In his spare time, Justin likes to fight injustice including advocating for the ending of human trafficking and invests time and resources to projects which help the poor and oppressed.
